This rich, decadent milk stout is brewed with chocolate and infused with hazelnut. Mild roastiness is balanced by a sweet, smooth finish from the addition of milk sugar.

Do or Dahi

Session Sour w/ Mango and Vanilla - ABV 4.7%

Inspired by the popular, yogurt-based Indian beverage known as mango lassi, this fruit-forward session sour was brewed with a generous dose of mango, and infused with a hint of vanilla and lactose sugar to provide a sweet contrast to the tartness of the beer and to create a smooth, decadent mouthfeel.

Don’t Call it a Comeback

Double IPA - ABV 8.3%

Reminiscent of the intensely hop forward, classic West Coast Double IPAs that started the hop craze in America, our Double IPA is brewed with Simcoe, Centennial, Cascade, and Amarillo hops to impart flavors and aromas of orange, grapefruit, and dank, resinous pine. Dangerously drinkable despite its higher alcohol content, the finish is refreshingly dry and enjoyably bitter, inviting another sip.

Cashmere Oatside

Hazy Oat Pale Ale - ABV 5.9%

This double dry-hopped, hazy oat pale ale is brewed primarily with Cashmere hops, with Mosaic Citra, Amarillo, and Simcoe hops lending a helping hand. The result is a refreshing beer with intense notes of orange juice, lime, melon, and tropical fruit, and a smooth, soft mouthfeel.

Chubby Unicorn

Hoppy Pils - ABV 5.2%

Brewed to celebrate the four year anniversary of our neighbors at Rhino Market, this crisp, refreshing German-style pilsner balances pleasant hop bitterness and aroma with soft pilsner malt character. A light dry hop with German Grungeist hops provides mild floral, lemon zest, peach, and passion fruit notes.

Keeping Up With the Cardamoms

Spiced Brown Ale - ABV 5.3%

Brewed with 150 pounds of roasted parsnips and carrots, this brown ale is the perfect beer for autumn. Allspice, ginger, and cardamom combine with subtle malt sweetness and mild roast character, making for a smooth, festive offering that no Thanksgiving table should be without!

Biere de Champagne - ABV 8.7%

Brewed in celebration of our grand opening, 1768 is an American interpretation of a Belgian-style Bière de Champagne. This spritzy, effervescent beer features notes of apple, pear, white grape, and bubblegum from the Belgian yeast, complimented by a pleasant citrus aroma from the dry hop addition of Amarillo and Cryo Citra hops.

My Apologies, You’re Welcome

Hazy IPA - ABV 6.3%

Intense, juicy hop flavor and aroma combine with soft bitterness and a smooth, silky mouthfeel in our hazy, double dry hopped IPA. An explosion of orange, lemon, and tropical fruit aromas from an absurd dose of Mandarina Bavaria, Cryo Citra, and Mosaic hops will leave any hop head smiling. There’s nothing subtle about this one!

Lucid Dreamz

Pale Ale - ABV 5.8%

Our take on the iconic American pale ale style features strong aromas of grapefruit, pine, and rose from the addition of two of the most classic American hop varieties, Cascade and Centennial. Easy drinking and exceptionally balanced, our pale ale finishes dry, with just enough hop bitterness to leave you craving another sip.

Broken Tarted

Session Sour w/ Raspberry and Hibiscus - ABV 4.7%

Our session sour, brewed with juicy raspberries and hibiscus! Unbelievably refreshing, this tart, inviting wheat ale features a beautiful, intense pink hue and the perfect balance between sweet and sour.

Trit Happens w/ Enderly Coffee

Triticale Porter w/ Coffee - ABV 5.2%

Our Trit Happens Porter, bumped up a notch by the addition of Ethiopian coffee roasted by our neighbors at Enderly Coffee Co. This beer features both local malt and locally roasted coffee, truly encapsulating the collaborative ethos of Town Brewing!

Trit Happens

Triticale Porter - ABV 5.2%

The aroma and flavor of bittersweet chocolate and espresso dominate this medium-bodied porter. Brewed with local triticale malt from our friends at Epiphany Craft Malt in Durham North Carolina for a smooth, silky mouthfeel, this porter is the perfect way to welcome in fall.

Escape Plan

American IPA - ABV 6.6%

Bursting with citrus and tropical hop aromas, this double dry-hopped IPA features a
healthy dose of Mosaic, Citra, Amarillo, and Centennial hops. Notes of grapefruit,
pineapple, geraniums, and pine dominate the aroma and flavor, and a pleasant, subtle
hop bitterness lingers on the palate creating a crisp, refreshing finish.

Friend Request

Belgian Table Beer - ABV 4.8%

Fruity notes of pear, apple, and banana from the Belgian yeast dominate the aroma of this sessionable, light ale. Chamomile, grapefruit and lemon peel, and grains of paradise lend a slight floral and citrus character. Brewed with pilsner malt, wheat, spelt, rye, and oats, the light malt backbone is balanced by the addition of French Aramis hops.

Emotional Support Badger

ESB - ABV 5.7% (2018 NC Brewers Cup Gold Medal British Bitter)

English malt lends notes of toasted bread, caramel, and just a hint of roast to this flavorful amber ale. The malt character is balanced by English Challenger hops which add a slight earthy aroma, and Cascade hops for just a hint of American bravado.

Lil’ English On It

Golden Ale - ABV 5.0%

This light-bodied, easy drinking golden ale features a soft, bready malt character. The
addition of a blend of English Progress hops and Cascade hops from the U.S. imparts just enough bitterness to give the beer exceptional balance, making it the perfect crowd pleaser for any occasion.

Naked Napoleon

Session Sour - ABV 4.7%

Berliner weisse, a tart, spritzy German wheat beer, was a favorite of Napoleon Bonaparte who described it as the “Champagne of the North.” Traditionally served “mit schuss” (with syrup), to provide enough sweetness to balance the sourness of the beer, Napoleon
preferred to drink his “naked” (without syrup, though who is to say what he was or was not wearing after having a few…). Ask your bartender about our rotating selection of house-made syrups, or feel free to enjoy Naked Napoleon as is!
